Organize a “Who’s that baby” photo contest
How to do it:
- Put out a call to your co-workers for baby photos: “Want to see if your teammates can recognize you as a baby? Send me your baby photo via email, and I’ll include it in our upcoming “Who’s that baby” photo contest!”
- Pick a week for the contest – each day that week, post up to 5 unnamed baby photos in your digital channel (here’s an easy photo stitcher if you want to combine photos into a single file).
- The first commenter to correctly identify each set of baby photos wins! Offer a small prize if your company allows.
Why it works:
- Photos of cute babies + a fun guessing game – great combination to get everyone involved!
- Staggering the contest across multiple days lets more photos be featured and helps build interest.
- Seeing co-workers when they were young has a fun, humanizing effect – we connect to each other as people.
