Organize a “Guess the Teammate” Trivia
How to do it:
- A week in advance, announce a “guess the teammate” trivia in your digital channel.
- As the host, invite employees to send in some personal, but fun facts about themselves – something that others don’t know! Make sure to include a deadline to submit facts.
- Create a list of all the facts and have employees match all the facts to the right teammates. The participant with the highest number of correct guesses wins the game!
- Bonus: Offer a prize to the winner, if possible.

- This activity offers an opportunity for teammates to learn about each other.
- Engaging in personal trivia helps to create a natural pathway to new friendships among teammates.
