- Launched Bonfyre as the core digital platform for the program, reaching intern population without regular access to company email and systems.
- Allowed users to engage in asynchronous activities and comms that reinforced company culture and programs.
- Regularly posted announcements to inform interns about program milestones, location-based opportunities, and team initiatives/contests.
- Provided a space for interns to connect with peers in the same location, allowing them to build supportive relationships and find roommates.
